We offer a 2-year warranty with a „no questions asked“ free repair offer in the first six months after you have received your piece. After the initial six months have passed, some defects (such as a broken chain) may not be warranty-covered if they resulted from normal wear and tear.

Wann kann ich den Reparaturservice buchen?

The repair services small, medium, large fix and restoration are for jewelry pieces that are usually older than 1-2 years and show signs of worn-off plating due to normal wear and tear, developed tarnishing due to contact with water, cosmetics or show damages such as bending, lost gemstones, broken chains due to mistreatment and such.

Wie lange dauert der Reparaturservice?

In total, it will take between 3-6 weeks, door to door. Depending on your shipping location and the return tariff you choose, your return to us may take 1-2 weeks. As soon as we receive your jewelry piece, we will get right on the repair which may take up to two weeks. As soon as your jewelry piece is repaired, we will send you a shipping notification with a tracking number. Shipping the piece back to you may take 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

After booking the service and choosing a return shipping method, we’ll email you with all the details on how to return your jewelry piece to us.

Wie viel kostet der Reparaturservice?

A small fix costs €10, a medium fix costs €15, a large fix costs €25 and restoring the piece costs €40. The costs are as is, 100% goldsmith work. You can find the shipping costs depending on your delivery country at checkout. Returning the piece to us may cost between €5-20 - please make sure to choose an insured and trackable return tariff if you decide to do the return yourself. We can also help you with your return - just add a return label to check out.

Wie funktioniert meine Garantie?

Die kostenpflichtigen Reparaturdienste beziehen sich auf Schmuckstücke, die älter als 1 bis 2 Jahre sind und Anzeichen von abgenutzter Beschichtung aufgrund normaler Abnutzung, Anlauffarben aufgrund von Kontakt mit Wasser oder Kosmetik oder Beschädigungen in Form von Biegung, verlorene Edelsteine, gebrochene Ketten durch falsche Behandlung aufweisen. Abgenutzte Beschichtungen erfolgen auf natürliche Weise im Laufe der Zeit und sind ein natürliches Merkmal der Edelmetalle. Wenn dein Stück einen anderen Defekt aufweist, fällt es möglicherweise unter unsere Garantie. Wir reparieren alle Herstellungsfehler innerhalb von zwei Jahren nach dem Kaufdatum kostenlos. Herstellungsfehler können Defektverschlüsse, lose Steine, offene Ösen, Kettenknoten, Beschichtungsspuren und mehr sein.

Was ist, wenn die gewünschte Reparatur nicht in der Serviceliste aufgeführt ist?

We repair all manufacturing faults within two years after the purchasing date, for free. If you are not sure, please contact us at care@stilnest.com with a picture of your defect item and your order number. Manufacturing faults can be defect clasps, loose stones, open eyelets, chain knots, plating marks and more. If your piece has different damage due to normal wear and tear, we’ve got you covered as well.
