Terms and Conditions - Newsletter Give-Away stilnest

**1. Organizer of the Give-Away**

The give-away is conducted by Julie & Grace GmbH, operating under the registered brand stilnest (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

**2. Eligibility**

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and reside in one of the countries to which the Organizer delivers are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

**3. Participation**

Participation in the give-away is done by signing up for the stilnest newsletter on the website (https://www.stilnest.com) through the give-away pop-up published there. Each registration automatically enters the draw. Participation is free and independent of any purchase.

**4. Participation Period**

The give-away begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59 PM.

**5. Prize**

This month, 1x 1000€ digital voucher for the stilnest online shop will be raffled. The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. The prize will be delivered via email.

**6. Determination of Winners**

The winners will be determined by a random draw within the first five working days of the following month from all participants of the respective month and notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be determined.

**7. Data Protection**

The personal data collected as part of the give-away will be used by the Organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the give-away. Further information on the processing of data can be found in the Organizer's privacy policy.

**8. Exclusion from the Give-Away**

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the give-away who violate the terms and conditions, provide false information, or manipulate the give-away.

**9. Premature Termination and Changes**

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the give-away at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, or to change the terms and conditions, if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons.

**10. Liability**

The Organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses, unless such damages are caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the Organizer.

**11. Legal Recourse**

Legal recourse is excluded.

**12. Applicable Law**

Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
