Ready for your Atelier Kit submission
You have designed your own ring and it is ready to be produced? That is great!
Here is how to send in your ring:

Carefully place your wax design(s) in the return box. You can keep your tools and your booklet.
You can get the submission form via the button below. Pack it (with the order number of your “Ring Production” noted on it) together with your return box in a secure cardboard package.

Use the button below to create a DHL label for sending in your design.
The destination address is already filled in. Please enter your shipping address and mention the order number of your “Ring Production” as a reference.
For international returns, please contact the courier service of your choice if your parcel requires a customs declaration.
What's next?
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your submission. We will notify you by email as soon as we start producing your ring!
Production takes 15-17 working days. Once it is finished, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
